Email us
The best way to reach us is by email at info@pickleballratingquiz.com
Our mailing address is 330 Hudson St, New York, NY 10013.
A real person reads every message. To help us reply quickly, it is useful if you include:
- The page or tool you are asking about - a link is ideal.
- What you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
- For a figure you think is wrong, the source you are comparing it with.
We usually reply within a few business days.
Reporting an error
Accuracy matters to us, especially for pickleball self-rating. If a number looks wrong or a rule has changed, tell us which page it is on and what the correct figure should be, ideally with a link to dupr.com and usapickleball.org. We check every report against the official source and update the page - and its "Updated" date - when it needs it.
What we can and cannot help with
We can answer questions about how the calculators and guides work, correct mistakes, and take suggestions for new tools or clearer explanations. What we cannot do is give you personalised official rating advice or make decisions for your own situation - for that, please speak to your local club, USA Pickleball or DUPR.
Self-assessment estimate only - not an official DUPR or USA Pickleball rating. Not affiliated with DUPR or USA Pickleball.
